A: Short answer, Nationwide. Our primary focus was on the Southern States of Florida, Georgia, North and South Carolina. Then we expanded into Tennessee, Indiana and the Midwest. We've done deals in the Northeast / New England area, then we headed west to Colorado and California. We are part of a vast growing network of nationwide investors, who fix and flip OR fix and hold on as a long term investment. 

A:  Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and the values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. As you know, house values have seen a lot of fluctuation in the last 5 years, and most areas still haven’t seen prices come back up. We do a lot of research and take many variables of information into consideration to come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
